SERI KEMBANGAN: 3,807 new COVID-19 infections cases have been recorded in Malaysia.

This brings the highest number of cases to 444,484 for now.


In the last 24 hours, 17 COVID-19-related deaths were reported in the region, taking the total number of deaths to 1,700.




According to Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah, the director-general of health, Selangor has the largest number of new infections (1,149), followed by Sarawak (649), and Kelantan (329).


National movement control order (MCO) also will be implemented starting on Wednesday and lasting until early next month to curb the country's rising number of Covid-19 cases.
