COVID-19: Malaysia's new infections cases jumps to 6,806 with 59 deaths reported.

Kuala Lumpur - Today's COVID-19 cases were the largest in 24 hours, with 6,806 new infections reported, bringing the total to 492,302.
Yesterday, the nation reported a total of 6,075 daily cases.
Over the same time, the number of COVID-19 fatalities has rose by adding 59 additional deaths, raising the total number of cases to cumulative 2'099.

In the State of Selangor, according to the Health Director General, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, 2 277 cases followed by Kuala Lumpur (6 55) and Johor continued in the largest number of regular cases (245 cases).
There were two cases of newly identified infections from abroad, Dr Noor Hisham reported.
"According to a statement made on Thursday, there is currently 50,171 active COVID-19 event.
To date, 587 patients have been admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), of which 330 need respiratory assistance.
Besides that, today's number of patients receiving cures has risen by 3916 to 440,032 in particular.
